Virgin Cash at present introduced the appointment of Lucinda Charles-Jones as an impartial Non-Govt Director of the corporate with impact from 22 January 2024.
As soon as a transition and handover interval are accomplished, she is going to change Darren Pope as Chair of the Remuneration Committee with impact from 1 March 2024 topic to remaining regulatory approval.
Ms Charles-Jones is presently a non-executive director and chair of the remuneration committee at The Rank Group plc. She can also be a non-executive director on the board of trustees for Enterprise within the Group (BITC) and chair of the BITC remuneration committee.
Darren Pope will stay on the Board as a Non-Govt Director.
