Michael Hawker to step down from Westpac Board

Westpac Banking Company has as we speak introduced that Michael (Mike) Hawker AM has determined to step down from the Board as an unbiased Non-executive Director, efficient from 15 July 2023.

Mr. Hawker joined the Board in December 2020 and in that point served on varied Committees, together with the Board Know-how, Threat, Nominations & Governance and Authorized, Regulatory & Compliance Committees.

Westpac Chairman, John McFarlane mentioned:
