John Cincotta will be a part of the Boards of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Restricted and ANZ BH PTY LTD as a Non-Government Director, efficient 15 February 2024.
Mr Cincotta was one of many founders of Barrenjoey Capital Companions in 2019 and since 2022 has been a non-executive Director there, a job which he’ll step down from on 31 January 2024.
Beforehand, Mr Cincotta had an extended and distinguished profession at Deutsche Financial institution Australia and New Zealand from 1993 to 2019. Senior roles he held there included Deputy Chief Government Officer, Chief Working Officer and Chief Danger Officer.
Commenting on the appointment Mr O’Sullivan mentioned:
“John’s deep banking expertise with a concentrate on technique, danger and transformation will tremendously profit the Banking boards because the Financial institution continues to develop and evolve.”
