Janine Goodchild to step down as Capita Worker Director

The Board of Capita PLC has reviewed its structure to make sure that it continues to be acceptable and has agreed that it’ll represent seven administrators, comprising the Chairman, two Government Administrators, and 4 Impartial Non-Government Administrators.

As a consequence of this determination, the Board declares that Janine Goodchild will step-down as an Worker Director on 31 December 2023. Ms Goodchild was appointed as an worker director on 1 July 2022.

The Board is contemplating tips on how to meet its ongoing obligations with the UK Company Governance Code with respect to its engagement with colleagues and can be certain that these are acceptable for Capita as a function led organisation.

Janine Goodchild is a Registered Grownup Nurse and Lead Medical coach within the Capita staff which assesses Private Independence Fee claims on behalf of the Division for Work and Pensions. She joined Capita in January 2016. Her earlier expertise consists of working within the banking business inside company actions, asset reconciliations and inside worker coaching and growth.
