Hargreaves Lansdown plc (HL) confirms that Moni Mannings, a Non-Government Director of HL, has been appointed to the Board of Land Securities Group plc as an Impartial Non-Government Director and Senior Impartial Director designate.
The appointment is efficient from 11 December 2023.
Moni Mannings is a certified solicitor with a powerful background in worldwide banking and finance and was a Senior Companion and Board member of regulation agency Olswang LLP. She has held a variety of non-executive positions together with as a Board member of Dairy Crest Group plc, Polypipe Group plc, the Solicitors Regulation Authority (chairing its Equality, Range, and Inclusion Committee), Cranfield College, Deputy Chair of Barnardo’s and Senior Impartial Director of Investec Financial institution plc.
