Italy’s Firms and Trade Fee (CONSOB) has ordered the blocking of entry to 6 new web sites that provide monetary providers illegally.
The web sites focused by the newest set of orders are:
- “Alloptionsint” (website https://alloptionsint.com and associated web page https://shopper.alloptionsint.com);
- “Marketsac.com” (web site www.marketsac.com and associated web page https://platform.marketsac-tp.com);
- Axia Group Ltd and “Axiacvs” (web site www.axiacvs.com and associated web page https://shopper.axiacvs.com);
- Infinity Enterprise Brokers LTD (web site https://infinity-brokers.com and associated pages https://my.infinity-brokers.com and https://commerce.infinity-brokers.com);
- “FxAlta” and Pangaia Ltd (web site www.fx-alta.com and associated pages https://webtrader.fx-alta.com and https://mobtrader.fx-alta.com);
- “Swissdeal” (web site www.swissdeal.co and associated web page https://clientzone.swissdeal.co).
In issuing the orders the Authority availed itself of the powers deriving from the “Decreto crescita” (“Progress Decree”; Legislation no. 58 of 28 June 2019, Article no. 36, paragraph 2-terdecies), on the idea of which Consob can order Web service suppliers to dam entry from Italy to web sites providing monetary providers with out the right authorization.
The variety of web sites blacked out since July 2019, when Consob obtained the ability to order that the web sites of fraudulent monetary intermediaries be blacked out, has thus risen to 995.
The black-out of those web sites by Web service suppliers is ongoing. For technical causes, it may possibly take a number of days for the blocking to be carried out.
