Admirals Group AS has introduced a change to its supervisory board construction.
Lengthy-term supervisory board member, Fedor Ragin, will transition to the manager place inside Admirals Group. This appointment marks the top of his tenure on the supervisory board, efficient December 5, 2023.
Mr. Ragin has contributed over 5 years of service to the Firm’s supervisory board, bringing invaluable insights and expertise to his new function, the corporate commented.
The supervisory board of Admirals Group AS will function as of December 6, 2023 within the following composition: Alexander Tsikhilov, Anton Tikhomirov, Anatolii Mikhalchenko, Dmitri Lauš, Priit Rohumaa.
