CySEC withdraws CIF authorisation of Neo Premium Investments

The Cyprus Securities and Trade Fee (CySEC) has withdrawn the CIF authorisation of Neo Premium Investments (NPI) Ltd .

The choice, pursuant to part 8(1)(a) of the Funding Providers and Actions and Regulated Markets Legislation of 2017 and part 4(7) of Directive DI87-05, was made at a CySEC assembly held on October 23, 2023.

The license withdrawal displays the corporate’s choice to expressly surrender its Cyprus Funding Agency (CIF) authorization.
