CySEC withdraws CIF authorisation of KAB Technique
The Cyprus Securities and Change Fee (CySEC) has withdrawn the Cyprus funding agency (CIF) license of ΚΑΒ Technique Ltd.
The choice was made in June 2023 however was introduced right this moment. The withdrawal is in step with part 8(1)(a) of the Funding Companies and Actions and Regulated Markets Regulation of 2017 and part 4(7) of Directive DI87-05.
The regulator notes that the withdrawal is as a result of firm’s choice to expressly surrender its authorization.
