CySEC extends suspension of FTX license till end-March 2024

The Cyprus Securities and Alternate Fee (CySEC) broadcasts that the suspension of the authorisation of the Cyprus Funding Agency FTX (EU) Ltd is prolonged till March 31, 2024.

The extra time is about to allow the corporate to proceed with the mandatory actions with the intention to adjust to the related provisions of The Funding Providers and Actions and Regulated Markets Regulation of 2017.

Whereas the suspension of the authorisation is in pressure, as supplied for in part 9 of DI87-05, the corporate is just not permitted to:
