Fiske plc pronounces Board modifications.Clive Harrison has retired as Chairman and as a director of the corporate as of the conclusion of the AGM immediately.

Clive Harrison based Fiske & Co in 1973, having began his profession with Panmure Gordon in 1961 and shifting to Hodgson & Baker (subsequently renamed Sandleson & Co) in 1965.
