Albert Soleiman acquires shares in CMC Markets beneath incentive plan

CMC Markets Plc (LON:CMCX), a world supplier of on-line buying and selling and platform expertise, immediately reported transactions in its shares by Albert Soleiman, its CFO.

On October 5, 2023, Mr Soleiman acquired 296 shares at a worth of 101.5p per share. The shares have been acquired beneath the CMC Markets plc UK Share Incentive Plan.

Albert Soleiman was appointed as CFO and Govt Director of CMC Markets on September 1, 2023.

Albert Soleiman first joined CMC in 2005 having certified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG and have become Group Head of Tax in 2008.
